What is the lead time for custom textile orders?
Standard custom orders typically range from 4 to 6 weeks depending on fabric complexity and volume. We offer expedited services for urgent institutional requirements.
Do your fabrics meet global safety standards?
Yes, all Pranera textiles are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals. We also comply with GRS (Global Recycled Standard) for our sustainable lines.
Can I request physical fabric swatches?
Absolutely. Institutional clients can request our ‘Master Swatch Kit’ which includes our core collection. Retail partners can order individual sample cards through their account manager.
What are your return policies for bulk orders?
We offer a 30-day inspection period. If the delivered batch does not meet the agreed-upon technical specifications or color tolerance (Delta E), we provide full replacements.
How should I care for antimicrobial treated fabrics?
Our treatments are engineered to last up to 50 industrial wash cycles. We recommend using pH-neutral detergents and avoiding chlorine bleach to maximize the treatment’s lifespan.
Washing
- Machine wash cold (30°C max) for performance fabrics
- Turn garments inside out before washing with fabrics
- Use mild detergent — avoid bleach and fabric softeners
- Wash similar colours together
Drying
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry in shade
- Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods
- Do not wring — gently squeeze excess water
- Lay flat to dry for delicate knits
Ironing & Storage
- Iron on low-medium heat if needed
- Avoid ironing directly on prints or finishes
- Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Fold neatly — avoid hanging
